Thank you for choosing NovaZoom.com. This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement,” the “Terms”) is between you (”you”) and NovaZoom (herein “we,” “us”) and includes our privacy policy.
We offer services to you, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions. Please note that your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to this Terms of Service Agreement.
NovaZoom reserves the exclusive right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to add features, or discontinue any NovaZoom features at any time without notice.
NovaZoom reserves the exclusive right, exercisable at any time, without notice, to amend, add to, delete from, alter or otherwise change these Terms of Service in such manner as NovaZoom, in its sole discretion, shall determine appropriate.
Electronic Communications
When you visit this site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site or sub-sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. In addition, you agree that responses from you to any e-mail or other electronic communication from us requesting your consent to or sign off on certain agreements is binding if you respond to such communications even if no signature is attached.
Purchases
Please note that purchases made through this site are processed through a third party service (herein referred to as Payment Service). When you make your purchase, you will be directed the site of this Payment Service. Your use of the Payment Service will be subject to their user agreement and privacy policy, not our Agreement or our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that we are not, and will not be, responsible or liable for the Payment Service’s services, its site or any acts or omissions of the Payment Service.
Incentive Programs
As a benefit to our customers, we may on occasion offer incentive opportunities through promotional codes and other incentive programs. We reserve the right to cancel this benefit or disable specific incentive programs at any time without prior notice.
Payments and Fees
You agree to submit payment in full for processing before services are rendered.
Refunds
We will refund your money if you notify us within 48 hours after you have ordered any of our services or retained us for future services. Please note you will be assessed a $300 termination fee. No refunds will be processed after work has begun or after work has been completed. However, remember we are ready to work with you if you are unhappy with a service we have provided you. You may contact us within 7 days of the date the service was completed and we will act in good faith to rectify any problems.

Although we make an effort to ensure that the information, tools and data provided are accurate, we cannot guarantee that the information, tools and data provided will be error-free. This site and the information available through it do not, and are not intended to constitute legal or other professional advice. Special Note Regarding Services
Because we care about quality, we cannot make sweeping assumptions about how long any one project will take as this is dependent on the specifics of our clients’ projects.
However, we will make every effort to complete simple projects within three to seven business days. More detailed projects may take longer. We will let clients know how long their projects will take once we receive information from them regarding their specific needs and required deliverables. The delivery dates are based on receiving relevant information from you in a timely manner so that work can begin.
Please note that our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST daily. We may not begin working on client projects until the next business day if clients submit projects outside those hours.
